To review what was in this video, based on actual questions I’ve received: Yes you have to switch to 91/93+ octane. Retarding the base timing is HIGHLY recommended. Take it slow. You’ve just worked hard getting your kit installed and ready to dominate, you don’t want it to all go to waste.
